Prompts/Fills considered "Dark" are those that focus on:

- Graphically depicting rape/non-con
- Graphically depicting dubious consent that is intentional, rather than a result of circumstance (ie, deliberate blackmail versus accidental sex pollen)
- Minors aged 0-14yrs in any sexual situation
- Minors aged 15-17yrs in a sexual situation with an adult (18+yrs)
- Graphically depicting the following topics:

+Death/"Snuff"
+ Gore, Torture, and Injuries
+ Necrophilia and Corpse Desecration
+ Cannibalism
+ Body Horror and Teratophilia
+ Scat/Feces
+ Vomit/Emetophilia
+ Bestiality and Xenophilia
+ "Date Rape" Drugs and Aphrodisiacs

**Please use your best judgement when deciding where to post your prompt or fill. The Mad Max universe is quite dark by nature, so we are only requiring that prompts focusing on a graphic portrayal of the listed tropes be placed in the Dark Post.

For example, a prompt asking for the story of how Furiosa loses her arm would be welcome in the Mainstream Post as long as the fill doesn't linger on the gory details of the injury itself. A prompt to explore the sexual trauma of the Wives would be Mainstream, but if the focus is on the non-consensual acts themselves it should be posted to the Dark section.

Not quite 7,000 days but long enough... The mods have finished going over the answers to the poll and are finally ready to announce the new guidelines for the meme!

You can read over the results for yourselves here: Poll Data

-Prompts deemed "Dark" will continue to be posted to a separate Dark Prompts Post, which is the current system
(Because of how DW is set up, we do not have the ability to edit the original topic and will instead be creating a new Dark Prompts Post with the updated guidelines, and the original will be closed to new prompts)

-If an author filling a "Mainstream" prompt feels that their fill veers into "Dark" territory, they are encouraged to post the text of their fill in the Dark Post and reply to the original prompt with a link to the text.

Additionally, we're going to allow Real Person Fiction/RPF prompts on the "Mainstream" Prompt Post with two caveats:

*Prompts involving a real person who was a minor during filming but who is now of-age (ie Courtney Eaton, Cheedo's actress) in a sexual situation need be placed into the Dark Post if the prompt takes place while they are underage
*Prompts involving real people who are currently minors (ie the War Pup actors) in sexual situations will not be allowed on the meme at all

Lastly, prompt posts will continue to close at 2.5k comments, the current limit.

Given the recent extremely dark prompts, I'm adding a special prompt post for Very Dark Shit here. It is a mandatory 18+ prompt post: rules will be posted under the cut.

This post is under a permanent trigger warning. View at your own discretion.

This is how it's going to go:

If it involves anything that would go beyond a standard R-rating if it were to be a movie, it goes here.

This includes:

Gore
Anything conventionally considered gross, like emetophilia or coprophagia.
Any illegal sex acts, like rape.
I am drawing a line at pedophilia. No prompts involving it (other than in passing, as a traumatic backstory, like the taking of the Wives) will be allowed anywhere, including this post. Pedophilia is defined here as any sex act involving a child 13 or younger.

Use your own discretion when determining if a prompt belongs here or in the normal prompt post. Posts that should be here that end up in the main prompt posts will be deleted without warning. I will not hesitate to revoke this post if things get out of hand.
